InterCity Transit, Gates Foundation Deals Inked
Seattle: Gray Hill solutions has entered into two new contracts which open up possibilities for beneficial long-term relationships. The first of these contracts is with Olympia, WA's Intercity Transit, to build a new GIS-based bus schedule web page for the agency. In 2004, GHS expects to help the agency with the integration of its new automated vehicle location system and smart bus technology into its planning and public information operations.
The second contract is with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. The exact nature of the work for the Foundation can't be disclosed, but GHS is proud to be working with this philanthropic organization, and looks forward to participating in future endeavors.

GHS Incorporates
Seattle: Gray Hill Solutions has made the transition from a Limited Liability Company (LLC) to an S Corporation. A response to the company's recent growth, the new incorporated status will also ease GHS' expansion into foreign operations (since LLC's are not universally recognized). As well as a prudent business move, this transition represents a milestone in the firm's history.
