Gray Hill works with clients and staff in a widely distributed environment. We like to meet face to face with our staff regularly, but we also work with web based collaboration tools that enable team development without proximity. Instant messaging and meeting attendance are required.
High quality deliverables with a distributed group require a firm, yet flexible, rule set. Gray Hill is an agile shop – we are sticklers for coding standards, issue tracking, source control, and daily stand-up meetings. Therefore we are looking for coders that are motivated and have an eye for quality. We believe in rapid deployment, test-first programming, and constant communication.

Stealth Mode
I know we've been pretty quiet over here at Gray Hill, but we're sort of in stealth mode at the moment. We've been working on development of a few new products and some work-for-hire that we can't talk about yet. It's been extremely busy over here, though. So much so that the next post from us will likely be a job announcement.
I think we need everyone!

InterCity Phase 2.5
Gray Hill Solutions has signed another contract with Intercity Transit of Olympia / Lacey, Washington, to upgrade their web site and GIS based interactive mapping. We will be teaming with Seattle Web Group on this project.
