and Traffic Solutions |
| EasySignals:
Traffic Management Services |
 |
The EasySignals
consortium operates traffic signal systems
for our clients remotely. EasySignals offers
24/7 monitoring, initial signal retiming,
periodic signal retiming and powerful planning
and engineering reports based on your operations
data. We alert you of maintenance issues with
your system, keep your network optimized and
help make the most of your traffic signal
system investment. |
| Glimpse™:
Real-Time Traffic Visualization |
 |
Glimpse™
is an engine for implementing a real-time
traffic website, which takes traffic data
collected by various types of hardware, translates
it into a usable form, and uses it to produce
real-time traffic maps and text information.
Glimpse™ has been designed not only
to be a robust, reliable, and user-friendly
system, but also to meet the needs of differently-abled
users, in accordance with Section
508 guidelines. Glimpse™ has been
implemented for the San Francisco Bay Area's
Metropolitan Transportation Commission, as
part of its TravInfo® 511 transportation
information service. The 511
Traffic Site is receiving an average of
100,000+ hits/day. |
| BusSpeak™:
Transit Route Performance Reporting |
 |
A tool for transit agencies,
BusSpeak™ allows transit personnel to
visualize and analyze route performance data
through a web interface, thus allowing for
optimization of schedules and routes. It offers
a user-friendly map-based interface, as well
as a wide range of graphical and text-based
reports showing on-time performance for routes
or individual stops. Originally designed to
work with data from Opticom™ Transit
Signal Priority hardware, BusSpeak™
can be customized to take data from a number
of different sources. BusSpeak™ was
designed for and is currently in use by Pierce
Transit (Tacoma, WA). |
| Signal2Signal:
C2C Communications Bridge |
 |
Signal2Signal
is an easy-to-implement, standards-compliant
communications bridge for center-to-center
data sharing between traffic control centers.
|
| Emergency
Traffic Toolkit: Detour Route Management |
 |
The Emergency
Traffic Toolkit (ETT) is an ArcGIS extension
facilitating management and rerouting of traffic
during an emergency situation. ETT allows
municipal personnel to set up street closure
and detour route scenarios in anticipation
of a crisis, and then to use and modify these
scenarios, or create new ones on the fly,
during a crisis. ETT is a significant aid
to any municipalities emergency-preparedness. |
| BusCarte™:
Transit Schedule Website Application |
 |
BusCarte™, developed
for Intercity Transit of Olympia, WA, provides
transit users with a GIS-based schedule website
that allows them to view routes, schedules,
and stop information, all from an easy-to-use
map interface. Integrating fully into your
current website, BusCarte™ provides
a Section 508-compliant solution to all of
your riders' schedule and stop information
needs. |
| PEACE™:
Roadway Overlay Cost Estimation |
 |
PEACE™ is an innovative
system that creates roadway overlay estimates
in real time based on AutoCAD design files.
The system allows civil engineers and planners
to analyze costs dynamically, taking into
account pavement widths, jurisdictional boundaries,
funding sources, pavement types and other
factors. |
| General
Asset Management Solutions |
| Solidarity™:
Comprehensive Asset Management |
 |
Solidarity™
is a system currently under development which
will apply GIS and Radio Frequency tracking
to assets, so that they can be tracked and
mapped in real time. Combining these technologies
with more typical asset data categories, and
incorporating the business rules of any industry
or company, Solidarity™ provides a comprehensive
asset management solution, equally valuable
for managing movable or stationary items.
Solidarity can be built as a stand-alone application;
or, its GIS components and user interface
can be layered onto existing systems. |
